Please be sure to inform us of any food allergies in the Special Instructions box on your Order Form. Be advised that our products may include and have been produced in a facility which may have come into contact with peanuts, tree nuts, soy, eggs, milk, fish, crustacean shellfish, gluten, wheat, and unpasteurized cheese. For your health and safety, refrigerate or toss any leftover charcuterie spreads after being at room temperature for 4 hours. Food Allergy Disclaimer: The Noshing Platter operates out of a commercial kitchen that is subject to state licensure & inspection and although The Noshing Platter makes every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause an allergic reactions for those with food allergies, there is always risk of contamination since our kitchen uses products that may cause reactions for those with food allergens, such as tree nuts, peanuts, egg, soy, wheat, milk, fish, and crustacean shellfish. By checking "I have read and agreed to the Food Disclaimer & Payment Policy" on the Order Form, you accept all responsibilities stated here and which have not otherwise been written in agreement between you and The Noshing Platter/ its Sole Proprietor. ___________________________ CONTACT US DIRECTLY FOR ANY CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES TO ENSURE YOUR REFUND Text or Call 970-368-3511 E-mail [email protected] CANCELLATION POLICY: a) full refund is honored if cancellation is made at least three (3) days prior to delivery date minus a 4% processing fee. b) cancellations or decreases in box size made after three (3) days but more than forty-eight (48) hours notice, will receive a full credit towards a future order. c) cancellations or decreases in box size made between twenty-four (24) and forty-eight (48) hours will receive a 50% credit towards a future order minus 4% processing fee. d) any cancellations or decreases in box sizes after twenty-four (24) hours will not be refunded or credited, and The Noshing Platter will retain the full amount paid. |
